I am happy to take you on my journey of awakening and remembering. I tell you more about my current outlook on life.

Just to cut to the chase … after the death of my mother in 2016, my stable life began to falter. In 2018, I ended up in a burn out. At the end of that year, my 6-year relationship ended and I moved from Amsterdam back to my roots in Utrecht. I had become interested in open relationships at that time. I felt trapped in the concept of having one partner with whom you share intimacy and it was high-need time for new wind in my sails.

Thailand

2019: Life sent me on a trip to Thailand. It became a life-changing journey where I first encountered spirituality and tantra. I discovered my gift of doing tantric exercises without ever having read a book about it. I discovered that you can experience and share sexuality without the focus on climax. I also discovered that life is magical and that chance does not exist. I learned to share and speak in an open way, that I am allowed to be there in this world and that I am worthy.

New truths

At home, a period of deepening began: one subject after another came to my attention. Books, websites, videos, podcasts, guided by my intuition I had embarked on an organized whirlwind of re-embracing and re-adopting new truths. I discovered that there is not one truth but several side by side and that they can be true at the same time. Truth is tied to perspective and is not solid. That was a tough one to swallow 🤣.

Spirit world

Later that year, I met a special person who took me even further into the world of spirituality. In particular, the worlds we cannot see came to light for me in this relationship. At the same time, I took her into the world of physical and emotional intimacy. It was a very loving exchange.

(Un)luck?

At the beginning of this relationship, I had had a mountain biking accident. I had become quite immobile for an extended period of time. The-more time I had to delve even more deeply and study. Topics covered included channeling, extraterrestrials and our connection to nature. The muscle in my back that had taken a hit has not completely healed to this day. It has become a teacher for me, telling me when I am not fully grounded. Coincidence does not exist. I am sure: the accident was arranged by angels. That’s how it felt at the time and that’s how it still feels.

New compass

A year later, single again, I went on vacation by car to France alone for the second time in my life. By now I had had my kundalini awakening, had gotten used to being able to communicate with my intuition, and even with light beings or extraterrestrials. I started trying to navigate as much as possible on my intuition rather than with my head. That was a huge challenge, far from being fun, sometimes terrible, but sometimes fantastic. Listening to my body as a compass for life became a new way of living throughout this journey.

Past lives

A period of much work in theater was followed by a period of rest in which I prepared for a past-life regression therapy session. In this session, I learned a lot about some of my past lives. It became clear to me how I brought the unprocessed traumas with me into this life. Working with traumas from past lives has gained my great interest and has become daily practice.

It was in early 2021 that I realized it had become time to share my gifts with the world. That I may start working with intimacy, life energy and sexuality and not be ashamed of it.

I also did several training sessions for this purpose:

– In 2019, I did a 4-day tantra massage training in Thailand (Open to Bliss)
– Since 2020, I have been receiving much wisdom from spiritual-coach and energetic healer Erica Mallee (Zielelement.nl)
– In 2022 and 2024, I attended ‘The Immersion of Expansion’ retreat by Florine Gabriel, among others –> Florine gives‘Heart Attunement‘ sessions based on KAP (Kundalini Awakening Process) / Innerdance – highly recommended!
– In 2023 I completed the Intensive Tantra and Massage Training with Johan Raaimakers and Susanne Quartel.
– In 2024 I was a participant of ‘The Forbidden Woman Speaks in Egypt’ with Pamela Kribbe & Marjo Langewen

All that, along with the many workshops, retreats, solo trips, therapy sessions and magical encounters, gave me enough courage to start my own practice in 2023.
